The support were very not helpful. My website required sensative information such as SSN numbers. They told emailed me saying that I couldnt do it. So I went to delete the forms that had the SSN fields, and boom banned from the forms. I got no refund, accused of continuing to make forms, even after I explained I never created I went to remove the other pages that had different forms with the same field, but they continued to threaten me and say I was lying.

Good customer service.

This app has been a great tool to increase my customer contact. It's easy to use & manage. I've only had one issue & Richcarde provided me with excellent customer service! He resolved my issue completely & has me back fully enjoying my Powr Popup experience!

It's really not working well. While I have only one pop-up active, customers experience multiple version of the pop-up on my website, killing conversasion.
Really one of the worst app I've worked with - not worth the money and should claim it back

Love the Powr app popup. It's so easy to use and looks so amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone starting out to grow their email and clientele list.

Had an issue with pop-up appearing different on desktop and mobile version. Contacted customer support and they had re-solved my issue in no time. I would recommend this app to other individuals as it is very user-friendly and easy to use and setup.

Functionality OK but support and documentation leave a lot to be desired. Documentation looks to be out of date and when seeking support, given cookie cutter reply that bore no resemblance to question or information supplied. When challenged to these facts in a reply question, there was no further communication from their support. POWR needs to be called out on this sort of "support".

The customer service is quick and helpful. I think the app has a few weird glitches but overall, pleased.

I originally gave this app a 5 star review when I first started using it, but unfortunately after several months, I have to downgrade them to 3 stars. It's definitely really intuitive to set up a pop-up, when the site's working. Sometimes it'll freeze and something that should've taken 2 minutes to do turns into 10. Also, the feature to click and drag an image to customize a pop-up doesn't work. And there were days when the pop-up doesn't display correctly on my Shopify website -- it'll display maybe 1/3 of the pop-up -- on a computer and mobile. I was really looking forward to growing my business with the POWR app but I'll be switching to another app when I find a better one.

GREAT APP! I had trouble with adding different fonts and gave up in the end! It is super easy to use though and great that you can add the pop up to multiple pages or add a form if you need too! I will be investigating other POWR apps for sure.

Don't even bother with this app. You can't even get a refund for your monthly subscription if it doesn't meet your needs. If your trying to make a popup for clicking a button your wasting your money. Just redirect them to your contact page. It's not worth spending $13 a month on this garbage.

I wanted to have a pop up to announce upcoming local events I'm participating in. I was able to add the event info, the marketing photo provided, AND a link directly to the original event page for more information. It doesn't look too busy and I didn't have a hard time navigating through all the options.

I used to create a simple free pop up to promote one specific event. Super easy to use. Highly customizable. Great app!

I used this ad to create my first email subscriber capture pop-up. The template was more adaptable than other apps with poor template choices. This template was a lot more customisable and user friendly. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to slightly move text up or down without the other text field moving as well! otherwise perfect, thanks!

first time every using/designing a popup for anything and so far its pretty smooth and haven't cussed yet.

Used to add a holiday message really easy to use! Templates made it easy to get started and editing was a breeze.

I took the time to get it all setup and unfortunately their advertising is faults, this is not a free tool. They had it pop up 5 times on my website then took it down and wanted to charge me. I don't mind companies wanting to make money but be upfront about it.

I do enjoy the app. pretty design which can make customer feel good. Also can create own background pop up.

This is my first time using this app. The designs are easy enough to create. However, getting it to show on my store is another story entirely. Neutral at this point. Will see where it goes.
