I had this app installed but did not use it at all and did not publish anything. However 2 days ago one of the placeholder pop-ups was "updated" and despite still being "unpublished" was running on our website. Terrible experience and we had customers call in telling us how annoying it was. We had no idea.

This app was great for my pop up lead magnet. However, after one month of testing to make sure new subscribers were receiving the eguide they signed up for, it never worked.

The app began advertising an external porn site (instead of our discount offer) on my website overnight. Have had to remove and request a refund. It's obviously been hacked!

I subscribed to PRO and there are literally no customer service. Only a search function.
I am having an issue where popup is appearing at the bottom of my page and I cant find it. Will unsubscribe soon.

POP UP DOESNT WORK, completely un-reliable. I have contacted their support over 3 times now asking why this doesn't work and i get the same answer every time. " we are looking into it" What am I paying for?? Complete waste of my time.

App slowed down my website immensely, after removing to see speed difference and then trying to re-install it tried to charge me again after paying for 12 months, avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS APP.

We paid for it. And for that, it put a grey overlay on our site that STOPPED ALL OUR USERS from using our website. The only reason I found out about it was because two customers sent us emails about it. Additionally, on someones first visit to our site each day, it gave them the ability to edit the popup via THE ADMIN PANEL so that everyone on our site could see their edits. I cannot describe the horror I experienced when I found out that this app let random people on the internet edit our site from the admin panel. This is completely incomprehensible. We lost hundreds of conversions because people could not use our store. It cost us thousands of dollars. I cannot believe that they would even code something like this. Let alone release it for us to use. Find another popup provider. The risk of an error like this happening again is far too great.

I COULD NOT MAKE IT WORK.
SUPPORT SERVICE WAS REALLY SLOW.
I UPGRADE TO THE PAID VERSION AND I WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

I deleted your app because:

1) I could not understand how to integrate it with mailchimp on shopify (in your guide it shows only for wix)
2) I could not find contact support or it was too difficult to do it. Feels like you try to automize service, but in fact it just difficult to reach you
3) I do not understand if your product is free or not. What are the payments.

After spending 3 hours trying to make my popup decent on my website I gave up.

If you have a long scrolling homepage like 95% of people, then no matter if you choose a middle screen or bottom right pop up, it will never be displayed correctly. (basically it is displayed at the bottom right of your PAGE and not your SCREEN), the pop up is not "sticky". Therefore on a long scrolling home page it doesn't make any sense...

Anyway, I finally gave up, uninstalled few hours later the same day, and despite asking for a refund, I still got charged for a MONTHLY fee, (for 3 hours of usage without even being to get the app to work).
