A versão gratuita possui algumas limitações, mas conseguimos configurar de uma forma que nos atendeu, pelo menos no pop-up. Poderia ter uma integração com a salesforce.

I tried for months and could never get the popups to post properly.
The apps so-called Live Chat is robo-support only and is a waste of time, and when an actual human does respond, it's ONLY via email.

SIMple, VERY useful and intuitive! it helped a lot and mor eis free and quick to be on your shopify store!
Simple and easy to implement! Love it and I would recommend it for accepting emails and offering coupons to customers!
