Happy with the customer service and very glad to speak with a real person and not a bot, but the app has been very glitchy today as I’ve gotten started. We’ll see how it goes moving forward.

The app is user friendly and better customization options than a lot of the other pop up apps I looked into. Mithsou is such a great support person!

Have been using the app for quite a while. Works as promised, easy to customize and tracks data well. Lost one star as we have experienced some small glitches, but they were promptly corrected by the support team. **Response time of support has been phenomenal and they have explained the issue and the fix.

I have some issues wtih the app itself, however the support is always stellar. My latest interaction with Richcarde was extremely helpful and productive. He solved my issue and offered to keep my ticket open for a few days to ensure that the solution works. I appreciate that level of service.

Very fast contact. Perfect. I have a good feeling wiht this app. And the app is powerful. I little bit complicated to understand all, because it is only in English. Could get one more star, if also available in German.

Every single thing about this app is amazing, except for the fact that I cannot automatically upload new email signups to Shopify's native email marketing tool. Instead, I have to manually do exports every so often, and import them into our customer list, being careful not to use duplicates, as they will overwrite existing customer data. If this is fixed, I would absolutely give 5 stars!

Aside from the lack of that function, everything else is incredible, and I would definitely recommend this app.
