Wonderful App To Help Increase Customer Satisfaction! Really Impressed!
Didnt see in action yet. Will know more when the actual customers start using this. Seems legit so far though.
We didn't use the app and uninstalled it, but was charged twice at $79.98. We didn't select a plan, we were charged even after we removed it from Shopify.
Easy to install, great support from Richcarde M.
The survey form is very customizable and the popup option is a bonus

I will usethis app to help me collect referral information. I like how easy it was to install and use. No reponses yet, but hopefully soon. I will let you know.
Contacted support about a bug June 21 and it's now June 24 and no word back. Not sure if support still exists for this.

I like the app except the popup keeps popping up up after the form is filled out and takes over the whole page. Also it can not be set for exit intent only.
A little more work and I might pay for it.
Great platform. Really easy to use - worth it your money. I would highly recommend if you need to embed a survey into your website,
This app has been hard to install and embed. I could give more feedback once I am able to start using it. I wish you had phone support. I am in a time crunch and it is more difficult and time consuming to speak over email.
