We didn't use the app and uninstalled it, but was charged twice at $79.98. We didn't select a plan, we were charged even after we removed it from Shopify.
Excellent when it comes to making surveys.
On the free plan seems to be ok,id like to see a pop up review upon exit to help improve new stores.
Contacted support about a bug June 21 and it's now June 24 and no word back. Not sure if support still exists for this.

Very handy , easy and user friendly app that allows you to customize surveys and check what your customers think about experience with your store.
This is an excellent program very simple and very quick to take in hand adapts and integrates easily I like and I recommend this program even for beginners thank you very much

Didnt see in action yet. Will know more when the actual customers start using this. Seems legit so far though.
