PPTrackApp gets tracking info from shop's orders paid via PayPal and attach to PayPal transactions. It is a useful solution to avoid unwanted chargebacks in PayPal.
When the shop's manager or administrator updates orders' fulfillment PPTrack App automatically searches and attaches tracking information to PayPal transactions.
In some cases, if there any problems with 3rd party services' availability tracking information could not be passed to PayPal. In such cases, you can manually update this data on the app's page Manual tracking.
To view orders' tracking info that was sent to PayPal you can use the app's dashboard. In the dashboard, you can filter orders by ID or transaction ID.
