Can someone respond to my emails about the app crashing for the 5th time and messing up all my preorders.....paying for this thing and cant even get an email back.....

I have been emailing support for over a 2 weeks with no response! Can't make any adjustments, backend only has error codes! Such as 500 |
Internal Server Error, and Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

This app constantly crashes! The server will go done and the pre-order function stops working! No support. This app cannot handle high order volume. It crashes constantly. I do not recommend this app. I have been using this app for over a year. Stray away!!

Very helpful support team, I had a few issues more to do with theme than the App, but Tobi came to my rescue and sorted it out for me.

I was having trouble with the pre order on my website I contacted support and my issue was fixed promptly the service received was excellent.

We needed a simple solution for our webshop that could indicate both pre-order and back-order products. After trying out 2-3 other (highly rated) pre-order apps, this is surprisingly the most convenient solution by far. Super automated, simple and easy to use – and it's free! With that said, we will consider it well worth the money if they decide to charge a reasonable fee in the future.
