I contacted support through chat about a restock notification. They quickly understood the issue I was facing and resolved it. I'm pleased with the support provided, and it's very reassuring that they correctly understood what I wanted to convey and responded promptly.
The app is quite easy to configure. The support is responsive with clear directions to resources. Also, Jay answered the questions I had directly with supportive evidence and references to what to do with screenshots and clear concise descriptions.

I just installed the app, and the customer service from Rosie was incredible. What made it incredible? I gave her numerous tasks, and she handled them all promptly and efficiently. She really made the setup process easy for us. Now, we’ll put the app into use and provide a more detailed rating later.
This is a really great app, so easy to keep customers informed when products are due and come back in stock. I tried a few other back in stock apps but this one is the best and packed with many customizable features. Highly recommended do not hesitate to install this. I installed on Dawn v 15.02
I appreciate how connected the app is with our systems already but there are a few specific issues with pre-order integration in connection to Loop returns/exchanges that isn't as seamless. The customer service is always amazing though!
