I have been using this app for a few months and their customer support is top tier, always response fast and help resolve any issues.

Globo Pre-Order is great, simple to install and use. I needed help in the middle of the night and sent a request to the Globo team, not even expecting to get a response for weeks on a free app. But, within 30 mins a real person responded. I granted them limited access to the store and they fixed the issue within an hour! Outstanding customer support!

I came to PreOrder Globo after a poor experience with another app, and after about 6 months of using this app including an upgrade that was needed around the holidays, I'd happily give it 5 stars. As a brand with over 40K skus and frequent re-orders, this app is easy to use, add product, and fulfill orders. When I have questions and issues (few), the support team responds quickly and are very helpful. I primarily use it for Pre-ordering. The Notify Me function is also a great feature to gauge interest in re-orders!

Product works as described. We had some issues but they have excellent customer service and resolved them quickly!

The app is performing well so far. Easy to use, but we're having trouble using the search bar. Would recommend.
