This app has reduced our customer emails asking whether a product is in stock or not by a huge margin, as well as helped us in ordering new product as we know if the product was a pre-order or not on the invoice. Not only that, but the support has been extremely quick and helpful. Really happy with this app. Sarah N. has been helping me out and she is great. Maybe I'm just a bit slow, but the app wasn't completely intuitive, but thankfully with the support, we were able to work through my questions in short order.

It helps a lot! It will be better if I don't need to login several time to add more than one item. On the other hand, the tap of feedback is always come out when I do the editing.

I have been trying to find an app for a pre-order template, the set up on here is great. Exactly as I wanted it. SARAH is a godsend!! I kept making an error on my end, and she was patient with me and told me step by step how to correct what I was doing wrong

Great easy to use app and helpful support team. We like this app because it tags orders with pre-ordered items which makes it a lot easier to manage than some other apps out there.
