The app works great! And customer service is just as amazing and fast. Highly recommended. It's a total game changer.

THE APP HAS RUINED OUR WEBSITE. DO NOT USE THIS. Our site has had a bug for 3 weeks. The menu bar stopped working on our mobile view, also the banner picture slider dissapeared. Only just got told today by shopify that leftover code from this app that we deleted 3 weeks ago is causing the problem. Just downloaded again now to see if we can uninstall again and remove all leftover code succesfully this time. Sent 3 emails to customer service without reply. This is really a waste of time!! Worst app ever.
One star deducted because the feedback window kept popping up over functional areas of the app and wouldn't go away unless I left a review.

Very good app, fits in with my theme, does the job and is easy to use!! Only reason i didn't score 5 is it doesn't update automatically.
The perfect app for both Back-in-stock and Pre-orders. I had some problems with my installation and minor design tweaks in my emails. I got help immediately. This is for sure the best support I ever seen in a Shopify. Very helpful and very fast support. Big recommendation from me.
Great app! The team were very quick to respond to my query and resolve it. Which I found to be very reassuring. However, I had to disable the app as the preorder option brings my customers to the cart, but doesn't allow them to add more items into the cart. Would be perfect if that feature were available.
I'm having a lot of issues with the app. Pre Order button goes missing on and off. And the checkout has issues detecting the discounts applied to pre-order items. Please help sort this out.
So far so good. Easy set-up and I appreciate that I'm not paying for unnecessary bells and whistles.
Installed and ran into some issues configuring the alerts but their Support was responsive and quick. Got it resolved very quickly. So far, it is working as we intend to for pre-orders.
