The customisation available is very good and enough to cover my needs, even on the free plan.
The customer service is fast and friendly. I had a problem with my website where preordered products at checkout do not allow for a phone number as a contact method. The team were quick to work on it and kept me updated, and they even gave me a temporary solution to the problem. Even if it's an ongoing case, I have full faith in the team that they will deliver.

The support team is excellent. They respond quickly to any questions or issues that arise. For example, when I had a question about a specific feature, the support team replied within a few hours and helped resolve the problem. Such speed and professionalism are rare.
The app was very easy to set up. We needed some additional display assistance with our pre-order button and they responded quickly and fixed the issue right away.
Reached out to support again super late at night and my issue was resolved in less than 2 minutes. Amazing customer care.

I just set this up and this has been amazing, very easy to use. So customisable having partial payments and reminders amazing! Looking forward to a long relationship with Globo. Customer service was amazing too, they removed the watermark no questions asked it looks so professional. Further more I have had an issue with the if products filtered it would not show pre-order and pre-order info when added into cart. This was resolved by the developers very quickly. I am very impressed with the app so far. Great work keep it up.
