Customer support has been really helpful anytime we had an issue. Happy, our customers can now preorder our products when they're temporarily out of stock!
They were willing to right a wrong, and customer service is attentive. Thanks for the help, the app should be useful
It has been a great app so far! the support they have given me is excellent and when I have a problem, they reply asap! but it has not been quite stable for the last few days
Customer Service is the best we've encountered. Always responsive within minutes and straight with the solution. From amending user interface to unlocking features and more complex work such as alternative SMTP setup, they have the answers.
App is a great add on on our new Shopify theme for our Back In Stock emails and replaces our older and incompatible Klaviyo snippet.

Overall its a good app. The only issue I have experienced is that the pre-order capabilities would suddenly drop off and the tags sometimes don't carry over to the product tag section in open orders.
By this app somebody hacked my web.

This app is amazing and does everything you'd want a preorder app to do. It has one critical flaw though that I have to give it 3 stars for. When a pre-order ends based on a date, the app sets that product to "unavailable" and makes purchasing the product impossible until you manually go in an fix it through the app. There's no notification for this, so unless you check the app every day, its possible some of your products will go unavailable for days on end and be impossible to purchase due to this design flaw. If they fix this issue, I will gladly give 5 stars.
Excellent support and response times. Dev team worked on my site to fix many issues with my theme without any delay. Very pleased I found this app. I usually don't use paid apps but I am happy to subscribe to this one.
I highly recommend this app, and the company. The app works very well for my purposes. It clearly highlights when a product is on pre-order, and does a good job of messaging that information to the customer. And the people at Globo are outstanding! Very responsive to emails, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Globo and their products.
