Really pleased with the support at Globo. They are very responsive and have managed to resolve any of the issues I have experienced. The support team are incredibly friendly and don't overwhelm with technical jargon enabling me to easily understand and continue to develop my store. The app is already delivering additional revenue as a result of the pre order functionality.
Very happy with the app and customer service. Had a small change to make and they were very quick to respond and got everything taken care of in just a few minutes. Helps so customers don't miss out when an item is back in stock and prevents us from possibly losing a sale. Thanks for being great!
Product is amazing, easy to setup, customizable and works pretty great, but what really stands up is customer support.

Sarah, Gemma and Jay have been very helpful answering my questions and solving my requests. Quick reply, which I liked. The app is doing what is promised. I had trouble with this in Magento and made a shift to Shopify. PreOrder Globo has better features, so I am happy with it.
Good support. Had an issue with quick view vs product view and they fixed the issue right away. Would recommend this app.
I have just now started using PreOrder Globo.
I had some initial trouble setting it up so that the pre-order would function correctly and that the badges appeared on the collection page. Rosie was able to help out and fix it all in one short session.
Great service and all fixed.
