Product is amazing, easy to setup, customizable and works pretty great, but what really stands up is customer support.
Their response time was top notch and they where not just only kind but really gave the time to solve every request efficiently.
Loved it.
This is an excellent app. It does exactly what we need it to do. We had a couple of small issues, but these were taken care of quickly by the customer support team. We are very happy and would highly recommend it to others.
Sarah, Gemma and Jay have been very helpful answering my questions and solving my requests. Quick reply, which I liked. The app is doing what is promised. I had trouble with this in Magento and made a shift to Shopify. PreOrder Globo has better features, so I am happy with it.
I have just now started using PreOrder Globo.
I had some initial trouble setting it up so that the pre-order would function correctly and that the badges appeared on the collection page. Rosie was able to help out and fix it all in one short session.

This app is very useful for setting customer expectations and allowing orders to come in for things we traditionally had to just mark "out of stock" because they have lead time. The support for help with setup and customization has been great and added no delay to getting things working. Thank you!
The customer service support is very good.
It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there.
But,when I asked a question through the chat box, the response was prompt and prompt. That point is so good!
does what we need and is quite easy to use. staff have been helpful in figuring out how to complete the set up. recently spoke to Mike who helped me with product profiles
