Great app, works exactly as advertised. We initially had a couple issues getting it to work with our theme and the devs were very quick to respond and provide support

This app is excellent value for and helps me with two things, 1) set up pre-order sales 2) provide clients with email restock notification. Support was amazing, I had two issues and they were both resolved within minutes

App works well and support staff very responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything else and its totally free which is rare these days.

Staff is very helpfull and responded quickly on my questions. When I installed the app I did ran into some theme-related issues, but they fixed it and now it's a good working app.

Product is easy to use and integrates well. Is the only product that I know that allows you to take a partial payment which is great and one of the main reasons I went with this product. Support team is great as well

Can't access app from Chrome (has worked in the past), customer service has been responsive but unfortunately can't figure out how to solve or provide any guidance other than "it should work".

I like this app, but i don't know if there is any limit in product that i can show in preorder!!!!!!

The app works minimally, but sometimes it does not switch to the preorder display when stock runs out, causing customers to order without being aware of the preorder. Also, when you contact support, in many cases they misunderstand your questions or forget past conversations and make you repeat the same explanations over and over again. The quality of support is critical and I am tempted to look for an alternative application. I really like the new back in stock feature, but hope it can be integrated with klaviyo and others as it does not allow for effectiveness analysis.

It works well and easy. But they really helped us out with the customization of the design of the counter! Really fast as well. Thanks so much!!!
