Was super easy to setup. I needed 5 items (you can add up to 5 items for free!) to display a "preorder" button instead of a buy button. Before using this app I was simply stating in the product description and email notification that customers were buying a preorder. Sometimes even with that, customers wouldn't know they were buying a preorder. This app is GREAT because customers literally have to push a "preorder" button and right underneath the preorder button you can put your ship date. They also have an option to add in a countdown timer so it's even more obvious that it is a preorder. It looked great with my store! Couldn't recommend more.

I had issues with the installation. Emailed support and they quickly responded. The developers were able to fix the issue and get everything working. Great app!

This app really does the job, it's simple and easy to use. You may need to do a few adjustments depending on your theme but the support team is great and will help you - no charge -. Best of all, it's completely free.

So far so good. I'm early in using the app but the support has been excellent. They provide timely and hands on support with issues and are able to provide developer support to fit the app within your theme. 5 stars there for sure.

The app also offers lots of pre-order/out of stock options, including signage for the products on your site and customizable deposit/payment options at checkout.

My two improvement suggestions for them is to fix the dead thumbnail at checkout which does not pull in an image and to more easily automate how products go into pre-order availability for the app (e.g. if I put "pre-order" in the product title, it would be nice if the app new to pull it and apply a standard configuration).

Phenomenal app, does exactly what it says. Pre-order is easy to setup and get rolling, has been phenomenal in allowing our customers to access incoming product and retaining sales even though items are out of stock. I had a weird issue and I was able to email support, they developed out the bug in less than a day! Outstanding service, couldn't be happier.

Feature packed and has a good support, in my experience using the free tier their respond is fast and straight to the point.

The app provides almost whatever I want to have. We need to have pre-order with partial payment, balanace payment in one PO etc.
For some other tailor made changes, they fit most of my needs as well.

Supporting team is super helpful with precise solution. They really understand your requirements and your needs to make the shop better and better.
