I had some difficulty installing this app at first, but the support team are extremely efficient and helped me set it up. Great app for adding pre-orders.

I was in need of a solution that would allow customers to make a partial payment to reserve a custom product. Globo's Pre-Order app was perfect and allowed me to customize the features to what I needed. I did run into an issue during checkout test process because I had custom flat rate shipping defined. I reached out to Globo for help and they immediately went to work and resolved the issue for me. Sarah from Globo was great to interface with and kept me up to date with the resolution.

I used the application to allow pre ordering of a new product. I had problems at first for making the pre-ordering show, but they have a short and simple check-list that walked me through. I had missed that last steps to incorporate it to my shop them. Once I did it... voila! I recommend it.

I'm disappointed in this app. Still displays the preorder button even when the item is in stock. Since most customers won't buy pre-order items over in-stock items, I deleted the app but the preorder button won't go away. I emailed customer support for help but never heard back from them. Please avoid this app and get something better. EDIT: The support team reached out to me after posting this review and helped me remove the remaining code from my website. I do appreciate their fast and helpful customer service.

The app fully meets my expectations. Customer service of 10, Sarah very friendly, has been able to fulfill all my customization requests that I didn't know how to do.

While I loved this app for its pre-order functionality, unfortunately the 'back in stock' functionality wasn't working correctly as I discovered that the emails can only be delivered to gmail email addresses. After testing numerous emails to other email platforms, I confirmed with the app developers who confirmed that they only go to gmail addresses. I found this quite disappointing, especially as this hadn't been communicated or mentioned anywhere! Otherwise, the pre-order section was great for what we needed.

This app was free... I finally go to use it, and now its got a trail and wants to charge me.. such bad business practice.
