W O W - AMAZING SUPPORT

I had the pleasure of chatting with Rosie tonight to help iron out a few gremlins (half of them probably my fault)
The app is super easy to set-up and customise. Rosie had all my questions answered & fixed within minutes.

We are only using re-stock alerts and they work good so far, we had no problems with working of the app. The setup was easy, we had a couple of questions that got answered after connecting with the support.

We are new to Shopify as well as installing/setting up apps of any kind. We selected Globo because of its ratings and FREE subscription. Our goal was to set PRE-ORDER for a new book release, Lessons of Kindness: Transformations from Around the World.

Rosie was our customer support representative. She helped us navigate the installation. Rosie also sent screen shots pointing us to next steps when we were lost.
