Pretty happy with the product as started using it for pre-orders. Support was very responsive as well.

The app really helps my customers who live in different countries to see what the pricing is in their countries with a simple drop down menu. The support has been great as well.

I don't know why this option "Start pre-order when stock less/above than or equal" was being deleted out of the app. We use it very many times.
Maybe other stores do not use this much.
I am glad because Support team listened to my request and turn it back on for me.

I had an issue with all of my collection showing pre-order status but after a quick message to support I had it resolved within minutes.

I asked for adding badges and implementing it in my store. Even it was holidays, my problem was solved quickly.

so far, Pre-Order by Globo has been perfect! ...and right up there with my other favorite Globo apps! Really. I don't work for Globo or anything. Keep up the great work and thanks for helping us small biz people by making the price so affordable!!! Free is awesome. But not like some places where free means junk.
