Had some issues with the automatic refreshing of the globo app within my shopify store. Couldn't figure out on my own how to get it fixed. I contacted the globo team and told them my problems. One day later everything got fixed through the dev team which results in a fully functionable globo pre order app within my store. Thanks!

Globo Pre-Order is great, simple to install and use. I needed help in the middle of the night and sent a request to the Globo team, not even expecting to get a response for weeks on a free app. But, within 30 mins a real person responded. I granted them limited access to the store and they fixed the issue within an hour! Outstanding customer support!

I came to PreOrder Globo after a poor experience with another app, and after about 6 months of using this app including an upgrade that was needed around the holidays, I'd happily give it 5 stars. As a brand with over 40K skus and frequent re-orders, this app is easy to use, add product, and fulfill orders. When I have questions and issues (few), the support team responds quickly and are very helpful. I primarily use it for Pre-ordering. The Notify Me function is also a great feature to gauge interest in re-orders!
