Sarah, Gemma and Jay have been very helpful answering my questions and solving my requests. Quick reply, which I liked. The app is doing what is promised. I had trouble with this in Magento and made a shift to Shopify. PreOrder Globo has better features, so I am happy with it.

does what we need and is quite easy to use. staff have been helpful in figuring out how to complete the set up. recently spoke to Mike who helped me with product profiles

This App works great for Pre order and Back in Stock notifications.

This app is very useful for setting customer expectations and allowing orders to come in for things we traditionally had to just mark "out of stock" because they have lead time. I have just now started using PreOrder Globo.

I had some initial trouble setting it up so that the pre-order would function correctly and that the badges appeared on the collection page. Rosie was able to help out and fix it all in one short session.
