Straight forward and easy to use.
Lucy and the development team were fantastic, they solved two problems in less than 30 minutes
Have yet to use the preorder feature, but the back-in-stock feature is truly unique! It is the best one I have found and is so beautiful. The support team is so friendly and responsive to all my customization needs. 10/10 recommend!
Finally a pre-order app that works well and looks good doing it! Emma was an absolute gem helping me with the set up. It does exactly what it's supposed to do!! 5 Stars!

The first time using this app I had a bit of an issue with it, they emailed me within a day or 2 and got it fixed which was really awesome! It has worked perfect since then 99% of the time with small hiccups, its the only app that EASILY lets customers do partial payments. A lot of it is automated as well. Most of our customers end up paying off their balance before we remind them, because I beleive the app sends them an email after a certain amount of time. I just wish it will allow my customers to add multiple partial pre-order items to cart before sending it straight to the payment option. The one issue I have is that my products sometimes taken themselves off pre-order, even though I haven't changed the settings. Unsure if its my POS interacting with it and causing this issue, being a TCG store our POS is specifically tailored to our needs, which may be different to what Globo are used to. (UPDATE: After changing POS systems this only happens when the pre-order date has been reached) Only issue we have now is that when the pre-order date has been reached it doesn't just change the "pre-order" button to "add to cart" it appears as "unavailable" and unable to interact with it. I understand it's to stop over selling, but once I have added stock that are in the positives I would like it to auto change to "add to cart". Sometimes I am too busy to manually change everything and do not want to miss out on a sale, because a customer thinks it's sold out. (Any info regarding how I can fix this would be appreciated) These issues aren't too bad when you're a small business, but we plan to grow and hope this becomes a non issue in the future. Even with these issues, this is by far the best for the value. So many extra features that you weren't expecting are added. Like the new subscribe to an out of stock item is great! We have made quite a few extra sales because of this. I am now updating this to 5 stars as the POS issue is non existent anymore and the price reduction of 33% life time off.
