Very helpful team. The app has worked very well for both pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications. The app does a great job and has a great price-performance ratio. The user interface could be improved. However, it's fine to work with and the CS is nice, fast, and reliable.
I needed an app to help me with pre-orders. Its not only doing a splendid job doing that, but comes with an excelent customer service that has helped me several times, with installing, adding functions in my theme and even when my code had errors due to other apps I tryed before this! Really recommend!
I'm using this app to add a Preorder button on my product's pages. I needed to add a Preorder button to replace the Cart button when a product is out of stock. This app is useful for it, but I had some issue with an alert pop-up for the customers. The support team has been great. They assisted me and worked until the problem was fixed. I'm really satisfied about app and support. Thanx a lot Eric!

Wonderful so far! The support has been great. They quickly helped solve some coding issues that were preventing the pre order badge from successfully displaying on some product variants. Like many of you, my store is also plagued with product shortages. Installing this app allows my customers to secure their products when we eventually get our order. Simple. Easy. Effective.
