Mike helped me this afternoon after struggling to install the app on my website. He was very helpful and extremely fast in dealing with my issues and got me up and running correctly very fast. Early days with the app, all looks good and the fees are reasonable, but Rosie on the customer service team is amazing, they fixed a request I have within minutes.
