This app is very useful for setting customer expectations and allowing orders to come in for things we traditionally had to just mark "out of stock" because they have lead time. The customer service support is very good.
It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there.

But,when I asked a question through the chat box, the response was prompt and prompt. That point is so good!
