The support is very helpful and timely! The setup is easy and the functions work fine with my expectations.
Since we are using a theme with a built-in pre-order button, limiting pre-order quantity was the main reason for trying this app. But, unfortunately, the Pre-order quantity limit doesn't work at all, so we ended up overselling all the time.
Let me say: I never had this kind of a good experience! I contacted them to help me out to add some features this free app and they did this in less than an hour without any charges. Again Thank you, Thank you Emma.
Great app and tech support! We did the 7 day trial to make sure it was right for our shop, then went to the Premium Plan. The set up was easy and when we needed assistance (customising emails to reflect our brand) the customer support was super fast and friendly. We started getting pre-orders the day we launched, so all good so far!
Customer support has been really helpful anytime we had an issue. Happy, our customers can now preorder our products when they're temporarily out of stock!

Overall its a good app. The only issue I have experienced is that the pre-order capabilities would suddenly drop off and the tags sometimes don't carry over to the product tag section in open orders.
