I had a few issues with the PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock App - the support has been AMAZING. Both Sarah (Support) and the Dev Team worked round the clock to work out the issues and find solutions for me. With constant communication keeping me updated and offering me options and solutions. It seems that all is now working smoothly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLOBO apps in general as their customer service/support is above and beyond.
Great App along with prompt excellent support. Now we can start to list products that we do not normally stock, as a "Special Order" item only issue now Since an update, the app was having issues and causing problems, so uninstalled
I installed the app and needed some extra help to set up the pre order badge and Sarah was super helpful. The app is doing it's job and we're happy with the customer service.
A great app with excellent support! Contacted support to make changes to the look of the app and they were very helpful throughout the process. Great functionalities as well - loved the ability to arrange pre-order with a partial payment and send back-in-stock alert to the customer.
Great app and support team. Had me taking much needed pre-orders within the day. A slight issue with 'pre-order' image overlays not showing but they were on the case super quick. Would absolutely recommend.
I tested a few pre order apps and PreOrder Globo & Back in Stock was superior to all of them and quickly resolved all technical glitches I experiences elsewhere.
Easy to use and great customer service! They provided me with a helpful guide and also fixed the issue quickly that I didn't know how to do.
Had some issues with it to start with but once contacting the developer via email they were quickly responsive to get back to me and fix the issues within 24hrs from initial email sent to them. Easy and fast to communicate with thanks again!
