App works well, does what we need for pre-orders and back in stock. Wish the back in stock came with text message alerts as well, but it's worth it to have the pre-order and back in stock in one app. The customer service is excellent and very responsive!
I've contacted support a couple times for some tweaks I needed to how the app functions and they have helped me quickly every time. Very responsive. Nice app.

The most complete pre-order app. The only app that can truly translate to any languages and offer all the features I needed. Plus, they have an amazing customer service! Fast and efficient.
We've tried a few different apps for a few months and this far has been the best one. Layout is nice and modern, there are enough options and customer support responds quickly.
We are a small business that designs/creates our own product, so we don't always keep a deep inventory of everything. I love how we can customize how our "add to cart" functions based on our inventory levels and then the Globo pre-order app does the rest. I was experiencing a buggy issue with the app and reached out to the developers. Sarah Nguyen was the person who got back to me. She was prompt in her response, knowledgeable, and most importantly, was able to fix multiple issues I was experiencing. Thanks Sarah!
If you need to customize your "add to card" button based on your inventory levels, I highly recommend this app.

Awesome to deal with, they were very prompt and sorted all my issues out. I was having trouble getting pre order to sync over to my products and within a day they had it fixed. We had updated our website, so it had something to do with that.
