PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock

So far so good. I'm early in using the app but the support has been excellent. They provide timely and hands on support with issues and are able to provide developer support to fit the app within your theme. 5 stars there for sure.

The app also offers lots of pre-order/out of stock options, including signage for the products on your site and customizable deposit/payment options at checkout.

My two improvement suggestions for them is to fix the dead thumbnail at checkout which does not pull in an image and to more easily automate how products go into pre-order availability for the app (e.g. if I put "pre-order" in the product title, it would be nice if the app new to pull it and apply a standard configuration).

Phenomenal app, does exactly what it says. Pre-order is easy to setup and get rolling, has been phenomenal in allowing our customers to access incoming product and retaining sales even though items are out of stock. I had a weird issue and I was able to email support, they developed out the bug in less than a day! Outstanding service, couldn't be happier.

Feature packed and has a good support, in my experience using the free tier their respond is fast and straight to the point.

The app provides almost whatever I want to have. We need to have pre-order with partial payment, balanace payment in one PO etc.
For some other tailor made changes, they fit most of my needs as well.

Great app, does exactly what it should and even more. Allows you to chose between single products or collections and has individual options for products. Absolutely awesome!

easy to use for back in stock notifications and to set up a pre-order. their team is also very responsive and helpful.

The APP is easy to use. Customer support responded promptly and was helpful. It worked well with the current Shopify store.

This app has enabled my shop to show stock counts, process orders for out of stock products, and process orders for more units than the ones in stock. The customer service is incredible! I have contacted them several times to help me set it up and customise the app, and they are always very fast and super helpful! Sarah Nguyen specially, thank you so much for all your help!
