PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock

I spent an hour trying to figure out why the Pre-Order was not working. I even checked the FAQ and follow step-by-step directions with no success. I did not see a way to contact anyone, so I just deleted the app and went with a different pre-order option. It's a shame because it seemed easy enough to figure out but don't have all night to figure out how to get an app to work.

Be careful with this app. I deinstalled it and a code snippet is left that slows my site down!
Better search for a solution that you can properly deinstall.

Rubbish tried all the setting followed all the instructions nothing shows only add to cart Now deleted waste of time!

Bought seemed to work fine but then i found a bug where my product images wouldnt load properly so uninstalled and had to get a shopify expert to remove the corrupted code. I messaged them to say i had issues but no reply in 24 hours. I would avoid this app.

The app has promise but I've had to delete it almost immediately because the feature 'hide buy now button' doesn't work properly for variants. I want to hide the button for variants (sizes) on pre-order but keep it for variants in stock. This app has totally removed the buy now button from my in-stock variants and could lose me sales. The hunt for a good pre-order app continues!!

Caused a JS bug on my theme (Debut). Made the product unable to be added to cart. Cost us 2 days of down time. Resolved now by removing app and then removing all of the code that this app had infected upon our theme.

Incredible service! I reached out for a specific issue, and they went above and beyond found something I didn't even realize that needed fixing, and fixed for me :)!! A+ service. Fast, efficient, and highly recommend.

The support for this app I must say has been great. The developers were quick to respond and take a look at my issue. With that said, finding supporting documents so I could isolate the issues on my own was not easy. My main gripe about the app has to do with the search function. It does not allow for partial searches. You have to use the full product name. Otherwise, and great app.
