I appreciate how connected the app is with our systems already but there are a few specific issues with pre-order integration in connection to Loop returns/exchanges that isn't as seamless. The customer service is always amazing though!

This is a really great app, so easy to keep customers informed when products are due and come back in stock. I tried a few other back in stock apps but this one is the best and packed with many customizable features. Highly recommended do not hesitate to install this. I installed on Dawn v 15.02

Best app, and best customer support. I have tried lots of them to setup preorder. Mostly failed because we fetch product variants as separate products. But here customer support quickly solved my problem and it works like a charm
