A must-have functionality for any store that wants to have more control over the ways they sell products. I am impressed with the granular controls that this app offers. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the app's support team was very accessible and helped me fix a few bugs right away.
The support team helped me work through many details to get this working properly and I appreciate the support!
Easy to use and ticks all the boxes for per order and back in stock. A few adjustments to get it right with our theme but support has been great.
Just installed not long ago and have some minor coding issues, but their customer service is excellent and resolved it almost instantly over the weekend. Highly recommended
long over due review, Globo is one of the best service provider i randomly chanced upon here. The pre order app is excellent, and even not 100% perfect, Globo was very fast in responding and rectifying the issue. Everything worked nicely for my website which heavily relies on pre ordering. The Globo Pre order App really helps our business. Cycles are in high demand and this allows us to advertise them and take a commitment before delivery. Gives some relief to the business owner knowing some are pre sold and the risk is reduced. The Back in stock function reall makes this versatile and a true 2 in 1 solutin. We modify to use it as a 'request further info' submission. Allows us not to miss sales for an item we may not current stock but can get. Just wish it would email us when we have a new inquiry so we dont miss any. Just have to constantly check the app at present. Overall very happy. The team have been quick to respond to some suggested UX changes and that has really surprised me. Great Job!
So far so good. The minute I encountered an issue with the app the staff team at Globo were extremely helpful and attentive. Sarah got down to the issue quick and made sure she didn't stop helping me until the issue was resolved. Great service. Would recommend so far.
