Really struggling with app support. Its been a few days now and the app does not work. I receive messages that the team is on holiday - how can a holiday be more important than our businesses which we need to run? Nothing works on this app, the app is slow and doesnt function. The basic functionality of pre-ordering was not tested end to end.
Great app with a user-friendly interface. The support team is not only amiable but also efficient and quick to respond. Special thanks to Rosie from customer support for her exceptional assistance. Definitely the top choice for a preorder app.

Very happy with the support and the app. My only issue is the integration with Klaviyo doesn't seem to import all the tags properly so have had a few people complain about about not getting updates re their pre-orders.
But overall happy with the app and will continue to use it.
