This app is perfect for my store because my clients can preorder items that will ship on specific dates in the future. I found two minor glitches integrating with Dawn 2.0 theme: (1) the "message above button" and "preorder now" button appear twice on the product page (2) if you select show items left in stock and click on a variant on the product page, it adds an additional row with the number of items left on stock so if you click on 3 variants, you see 3 rows of what's left in stock for that variant. Other than that, I love this app.
We use this app to display products what we have not yet launched but want customers to be able to pre-order. Great support from Sarah to get things to work!
Great App, don't lose any sales anymore, it saves me money since I didn't have to have everything in stock!
Eric in Customer Service is super efficient , I had an issue with the Buy Now bottom and he fix it within minutes of me contacting him.

Great little app. Fairly straight forward, although I did ask for help once. Everything works as it should and the support staff are friendly and helpful.
Fantastic app for preorders. Functions as described. Support is very fast and helpful. Wish list for future features: 1. Partial Payment functionality to allow more than one item in the cart. 2. Ability to partially confirm pickup orders. These issues are largely more a Shopify issue than this app though. Would still be great if a developer could figure this out.
Great customer support to figure out a few little things, app is working great now!
Update. Had a few back and forth's to change up and make everything more efficient and was given all the help possible. Highly recommend the app and the team!
