We've been using this app for preorders, and it's been great so far. It does everything we need, with just enough options to customise the experience to suit our needs without feeling overwhelming.
The chat feature is prompt, and the team is always friendly and helpful. Anytime we've had a question or needed assistance, they've been quick to respond and provide solutions.
Overall, we're very satisfied with both the app and the customer service.
There have been glitches but the team has been great at addressing any issue that come up in a timely and professional manner.

Me ayudaron con lo que necesitaba aunque demoran un poco en contestar los mensajes.
Très bonne application sur le fond. Mais de nombreux messages imprévus en anglais non paramétrables sont envoyés au client (retour en stock, demande de paiement après ann)ulation) d'autres ne sont pas envoyés (changement de date de livraison. Certaines corrections ont été faites après plusieurs allez et retour avec le support. Mais cela devient lassant, cette application n'était pas finalisée ou débuguée avant sa mise à disposition. Je baisse ma note à 4 étoles. Attention de bien la tester après installation !
So far has been very easy to set up and use. Their support service was very efficient and helpful, solved my problem very quickly. Rosie was on the chat with me and very helpful.

A bit of customization and you are ready to go, customer service is efficient. Valid app!
A simple, easy to use app. We've had it on http://www.brewbitz.com for a few years now and from a customers perspective, it works well and generates us sales from the pre-order and remind me when back in stock functions.
There are a few bugs, but when we have found them, contacting support, they are usually sorted in 24 hours.
My only gripes are:
1 - adding a new product, can we not have our general setting saved so now products have the same settings automatically.
2 - When editing products in the bulk editor, it does not save the columns, so when going back to the search it takes you back to page 1 every time, so you have to remember what page you were on, then edit the columns again.
The app works fairly well and their customer service is very responsive
It would need a little more automation or at least use of templates for preorders but other than that I am pretty happy
