Customer Service is the best we've encountered. Always responsive within minutes and straight with the solution. From amending user interface to unlocking features and more complex work such as alternative SMTP setup, they have the answers.

App is a great add on on our new Shopify theme for our Back In Stock emails and replaces our older and incompatible Klaviyo snippet.

I cannot even begin to say how helpful and efficient this app has been for my website especially to Sarah Nguyen who assisted me all throughout!! I got loads of questions and they were able to get to the bottom of every single one of them. For someone who barely knows how to do coding, I'm so thankful I found this app. I also want to mention how quick and easy they get things done from the moment I raise a concern.
