Wonderful App and even better service. I can't thank Adam enough for making it all work seamless for our store. Plus the features are just amazing - if you need a pre-order app - this is the one to get!

Works like a bag of shit, botched a launched of a product we were looking forward to launching and has issues when trying to access it within Shopify. Something about "Fortescue Pre-Order Sales is currently unsupported"

Trying to downgrade the payment, and it's taking me to some strange coding page instead.

Extremely helpful customer service. Very good app. Previously my problem was that my customers did not know that they were placing pre-orders. Now that's not the case. The preorder information is very clear. Thank you so much.

Great app and user friendly! I sold out of a product that went viral on Tiktok and immediately needed an app to make the product available as a pre-order, otherwise we would have lost on a lot of sales. I'm so happy to have come across this pre-order app that seamlessly integrated with my store within minutes. Whenever I sent out an inquiry about a few questions I had, Adam and his team were super prompt and responsive with providing solutions. Thank you!

We're looking for an alternative app that is simple and straight and found this app that is perfect for our needs. Mr. Adam and the team were responsive (even though we're still on the free trial period). They paid attention to our concerns and even suggested some better ways to make everything work smoothly for us. Highly recommended! Both app and support team.

This app has virtually everything that we have been looking for and had been asking our previous pre-orders/coming soon app for (and they never listened). These guys are pro-active and were super easy to deal with for the small customization we needed to suit our store. The app covers all aspects of Coming Soon & Pre-orders that we use it and has heaps of features. We have a large inventory and in this app we can search for product by SKU! (so many apps don't let you search with SKU and its soooo frustrating). Super clean dashboard & soo easy to use. I highly recommend this app. AAA+++

Wonderful app! I would definitely recommend. A very helpful and efficient team. Easy to work with and simple to use functions in the app that makes installing to your website a breeze. Also Matt and Adam from the customer service team are very professional and helped me all the way with any questions I had and enquires.

This app does exactly what we need it to do to alert customers when items are out of stock while allowing them to seamlessly place pre-orders. We had one small issue with our integration, but the support team quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a solution.

I am so sorry to have to leave such a negative review but unfortunately this app created numerous issues in our store:

1) first it removed the "add to cart" button from all product listings so customers couldn't buy anything at all (lost revenue)
2) Adam was helpful in fixing this issue however, I later discovered that in addition, customers were unable to purchase subscription items for several weeks (yes, weeks) because the app also broke the subscription checkout (runs separately to Shopify checkout) upon installation (even more lost revenue and we also had to pay a developer to fix this)
3) our dev found in the back end that the code included a list of every single company who has previously downloaded this app - not great for privacy
4) trying to uninstall the app was problematic. Despite following all the instructions, each time you then opened the app in shopify to delete it, it kept reinstalling the code, hence creating all the same issues all over again and making it very challenging to delete.

Very disappointing, especially as I had read all the good reviews and whilst we appreciated Adam's assistance, we lost a significant amount of revenue - the issue with the app breaking the subscription checkout was unfortunately discovered during a huge promo push for subscriptions.... which customers then couldn't buy.... also impacting brand reputation.

I would say if you want to install this app, make sure you get your own dev to ensure these types of issues are addressed prior to launching any pre-order products, and also keep them on hand to fix all the post-installation issues which could arise.
