Great app and user friendly! We often do pre-orders to help smooth product flow. They are also useful as a marketing tool. Consumers tend not to read stuff! We say that an item is on pre-order in the product copy but having it much more clearly as a pre-order button and a date just below that is much more high profile. And it all goes back to normal once that date has passed. As of Oct 2021 the supply chain is a bit tricky! As a result we have several more pre-order items than normal and they all come in at different times. Bottom line - it's a neat and simple app and well supported by their team.
