Wow these guys are brilliant! Was already using the Back-In-Stock for a couple years and just added Pre-Order... not only was it already so simple to plug and play with our site they handled the couple branding custom components super quick and super friendly. Wish every app had service like this!!

Had a small code integration issue. Was hesitant to even reach out. Wait time was under a minute. Fixed the issue in real time. Best and fastest customer service I have run into. Super impressed!

Great service, available at all times. Before I even had a question, I was contacted via chat and asked if I needed help. I actually needed it then.
