This App does everything we need it to and customer service / dev team was super responsive. They customized a few things we needed to work for us. So far so good.
Just signed up today. The Support is Amazing. Live Chat, Fast, Responsive, Knowledgeable, quick with screen-shots making how-to discussions a breeze. The app looks promising. It is not a fully mature app yet, but there appears to be steps in motion to strengthen some elements I felt need refining, but so far it is simple, intuitive, and without any glitches yet. I look forward to a portal for efficient oversight of the products managed by the 'pre-order app' on a global at a glance workspace rather than needing to pull them up individually. Optional SMS customer updates would be welcome, though currently provisions exist to send customer emails. Looking forward to a larger compliment of features from both the owner and customer experiences, but it's a keeper for another day during this trial. The support gets 5 stars. Thanks, Abuzar and all.
I used this app to let the customer pre-order the sold-out products at my shop. It helps my shop continue to generate good revenue from new customers, and people don't leave the shop without buying anything. It has a free plan to try out before upgrading the paid plan.

Great app, does the job well and has a simple but very easy to navigate dashboard. More than that the online help team are excellent and responded to our queries immediately.
