Outstanding customer support! Our store has yet to launch so the jury is out as far as the functionality of the app but we are confident the developer has our back if we run into issues! I would 100% recommend this app!
Seems like a wonderful app. I've just installed and currently only 1 item listed. Support was very quick and reliable. Solved my issue immediately. I definitely recommend. I just listed and only 1 item so on the free version. Now that my 1st preorder item seems right using this App, I will surely move to the paid version so I have 2 other items listed as Preorder.
I used this app to be able to provide a pre-order option on my shop and it was such a seamless process to activate. The customer service is outstanding - SUPER helpful. I feel comfortable knowing if I run into an issue their team will be there to help assist quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend using this app and team! Thank you, Hasti, for your help!!
I seems easy so far. Great assistance on chat when things didn't appear to be working. The instructions from Shopify were not helpful but the group from Pre-order Today were very supportive. Cannot wait to get our first pre-order.

easy to use application. works well so far and the most important fast and accurate support from the online chat. Really helpful
I haven't had much use out of the app just yet but I'm excited to be able to give my customers the opportunity to pre-order items from my shop. I was able to talk with a customer service agent over messenger today who helped resolve an issue I was running into when setting the app up! Made the process super simple and helped me out! I appreciate it!
I just downloaded this and reached out to customer service. They got me up and running in no time. I really liked that for one product there was no fee so I could truly test this out vs some of the other apps. Looking forward to using it more
I had problems trying to set up a pre-order option. I messaged the support staff, and received a response shortly after. The person answered all my questions, and solved my issue.
I never actually used the app as it lacked a "Pay on Fulfillment" feature. So, take this as a review of their customer service. My communication with their helpdesk was immediate and very impressive. Definitely 5 star service. I would feel very confident trying their apps in the future!
