Customer service is trash. Couldn't tell you if the actual service is nice because I never got it to render.

So far so good. Does what we need to do with a simple interface and no coding to worry about. Support is super.

not great if you have a large inventory, there is no filter to see what products are selected for preorder. You just have to remember. The team also doesn't help you or provide a workaround. They just say they will bring this up with the dev app team.....

We just installed this app to switch a ready to ship item to a pre-order and the support team was very helpful. I was able to connect to them almost immediately and they were able to help me through the install in about 10 minutes. Very excited to use this app going forward in our future pre-orders.

Decent app, functionality great when it worked but it was too buggy and temperamental with my theme. Help was always quick and efficient but often when referred to the Developers they blamed the theme. Just too buggy and time consuming to keep going back to the Developers.

I am learning to use the product. Some things can be kind of confusing if you have never used it before but the support staff was very helpful in getting it figured out
