Perfect solution for pre selling items, really good support. all support resolved within 5 min of contacting their team.
trying it out and it works great!, easy to set up, quick response time from developer. ( just remember to have your actual inventory set to 0 for the Pre order button to show up)

So far so good! I had a problem within a few minutes of starting my first pre-order, but they fixed it immediately.

App is super easy to use and does exactly what it says. I had a question and the support team answered immediately and solved my problem. I was up and running 5 minutes after I downloaded the app! Now I can take pre-orders when my items go out of stock and not lose any sales!

The App has everything we looked for.
It is simple to set up within a few minutes and customizable to just the right amount. I needed some assistance and reached out to customer support. Sourabh and the team helped me immediately and solved the problem right away.

Just signed up today. The Support is Amazing. Live Chat, Fast, Responsive, Knowledgeable, quick with screen-shots making how-to discussions a breeze. The app looks promising. It is not a fully mature app yet, but there appears to be steps in motion to strengthen some elements I felt need refining, but so far it is simple, intuitive, and without any glitches yet. I look forward to a portal for efficient oversight of the products managed by the 'pre-order app' on a global at a glance workspace rather than needing to pull them up individually. Optional SMS customer updates would be welcome, though currently provisions exist to send customer emails. Looking forward to a larger compliment of features from both the owner and customer experiences, but it's a keeper for another day during this trial. The support gets 5 stars. Thanks, Abuzar and all.
