I had some trouble configuring the Appikon app with my custom theme, specifically embedding it on our product panels for pre-orders. I reached out to their support team, and Shikha was extremely helpful throughout the process. She walked me through every step, ensuring the app functioned as intended. Even when the pre-order functionality wasn’t displaying properly on my end, Shikha was patient and thorough, checking multiple settings and providing detailed explanations.
