A great looking app with some nice features (I really like the ability to set an end date for preorders) BUT this app will literally break your website load times if you have a large number of SKUs.

It can let me filter by vendor, collection, product type, etc, however it can't edit the setting by the result in bulk, you can just select the result as shown, if more than 10 results, it take time to edit them page by page. Also it's doesn't support other apps to ask product in bundles.

It was easy to set up and use, and worked for the 2 days I needed it. I uninstalled it, but it left 2 tags on every single product that customers can see in Filters (spo-default and spo-disabled). Now I'm having to clean up and remove all manually which is time consuming. Shopify should crack down on apps that don't fully remove code when uninstalling. Using tags is not a good way to accomplish pre-order status.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a known issue with Shopify that codes will be leftover in the Themes after uninstallation. We would also hope this issue could be fixed as this is a common issue that developers are facing. I installed the app and non of my buttons changed to "pre-order". The app also added two tags to my shop which show up on every product and my side bar which I CANNOT REMOVE. Not useful for me.

Hi, as mentioned in our FAQ, some themes require additional coding to ensure the Pre-Order button is shown as they are coded differently. The tags shown at your side bar could be hidden as well.

Great app, does exactly what it's meant to. Fantastic support too - there was a small styling issue with the button, but Kiryl helped me out very quickly. Love it!

Amazin App!! It is Everything that I have been looking for in terms of managing Pre-Order. Easy to set up and responsive customer services. I set up everything in less than 15 minutes and 10 minutes after installing I already had 2 pre-order orders $$$. Marketing and the cost of customer acquisition are so high if you are running out of stock even if for a few days, you NEED this app!!! Coming soon and Notify me are amazing bonuses of this app. The only downside at this point is that the Notify can't be linked to Klaviyo yet because still in Beta but it is promising.

This app messed up my store. All my product images disappeared immediately after installing. I asked for support and they said their developper will fix it for me. I waited for 2 days they never fixed it then blamed my browser for it not working while insisting that it's showing on their side... big waste of time and additional stress in an already stressful time. Avoid!

Thank you for your review. Here are a few factors why we conclude that this could be a browser cache issue:

- We had tested it on several devices in multiple geographical locations and the images are showing. We had sent screengrabs to confirm our findings.

- You mentioned that it images are showing on your mobile but not on the same laptop that you reported the images were missing.

- Images are still found in the Shopify Admin > Products page and it is not removed.

To further confirm our findings, you can load your store on a fresh laptop/desktop to see if the image is loading. We can confirm that our app will not remove images from a store.

Would love to give this app 5 star, but the app does not work and support seems to be missing. Currently my pre order / add to cart is missing after activating it.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. Based on our records, we had called you (but no answer) 5 hours after you had sent a ticket via the chat. We had sent an email shortly after.

Would give it 0 stars if i could, horrible app, even worse customer support. Could not get it to work on our theme. Customer service response took 24 hours. The "fix" that the customer support person did broke our site and made loading products take 30+ seconds. Disappointed with this app and service.
