One of the restrictions of Shopify has been the ability to build pre-orders. The Pre-Order app allows us to rectify this problem! This app allows us to know what our customers want and allows us to manage supply with demand. Without this app, when you are sold out, you do not know that someone wants this, but now you do!

Love this app the way it helps us to take pre-orders. Customer service is top notch. We had to customize new theme and Charie took care of it promptly so that we could migrate to new theme seamlessly. Highly recommended.

We have a mix of in-stock, make-to-order, and pre-order products on our store, and this app has been the answer to our prayers.

Now our customer's can understand at a glance before they add to cart if they are looking at a product that will ship right away, or that they would have to wait for. Previous to this app, we were worried that we would have to build a new page template or collection for these items. This is a much faster, more efficient, more elegant solution.

We were able to customize the appearance of the pre-order/special-order button to match the appearance of our store, while still visually calling the customer's attention to the fact that this is not a regular in-stock item, with more details provided on mouse-over.

The app includes a brilliant control panel that allows you to update the app when you install a new theme, even if the new theme uses non-standard code for the add-to-cart button.

Plus the documentation and live chat help is outstanding.

I've never seen a free app so thoughtfully put together and well-executed. It's easily the most valuable app we have installed on our store. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to purchase a paid app from this developer if I had need of one.

We changed our theme and had a little trouble getting the pre-order button to show. Got quick assistance by live chat and they were able to get the app working with the new them quickly and painlessly. Great job!
