Great app, very helpful and efficient customer service. They changed re-installed all the code when we changed the theme and fixed the look of the pre-order button, so it would be same as our standard Add to Cart button on the theme without any fees and within a few days of us asking. The back-end could be a little more user friendly, but since it doesn't need a lot of management from the app side, it's ok.

A simple to use app that changes the Add to Cart button to a Preorder button. Setting up products could not be simpler. It's so easy to use, this is a great one for a store that has items available for preorder frequently.

As other reviewers have said, I'm also using this primarily for backorders instead of true pre-orders, but it helps immensely. Being able to cap the number of orders taken is exactly what we need to manage our stock and keep selling when items are almost back in stock but not quite there yet.

When I've had questions or issues with the app the support has been great, I recommend it highly if you need this functionality in your shop.

The Pre-order app works great for us, as a growing business we dont always have stock on hand, so this app helps us manage our stock levels while still getting sales with pre-ordering.
Any issues we have had, the tech team have been great in working out the problem and fixing it quickly for us. Highly recommend!!!
