I was setting up an item in my store that I needed to be available for pre-order, couldn't figure out why the Pre-Order button wouldn't appear. CS popped up and inquired if everything was working properly and helped me quickly resolve the issue. Thank you!!

This app is really handy. It gives notice to the customer that the item is currently out of stock but more is coming so they can decide whether to purchase or wait. It also is great for books that are not published yet but I can preorder. So I can set my inventory order based on the amount of pre-orders I received.

The App does exactly what is says and got us out of a tricky situation when running low on stock. The developers offered excellent customer service when I had a few queries - getting back to me immediately and helping me out.

We constantly sell out of our items, which is great, but also causes a lot of issues on the back end. We use this app every single week to help keep sales volume up and customers happy while we wait for our new inventory to come in. The development team is also fantastic, they fixed 2 issues for me that have been bothering me for months, had it fixed within 24 hours. All you have to do is ask!

Stellar. This app is key in our import and distribution operation as we have multiple warehouses worldwide. By using "Pre-Order" as a back-order enabler, we're able to accept orders for inbound products on an ongoing basis, even if the stock is not readily available. The built-in messages and tooltips help us align expectations with our customers and reduce support calls.
Other than that the app support is incredible - always going the extra mile to make sure we're happy!
