The App does exactly what is says and got us out of a tricky situation when running low on stock. The developers offered excellent customer service when I had a few queries - getting back to me immediately and helping me out.

We constantly sell out of our items, which is great, but also causes a lot of issues on the back end. We use this app every single week to help keep sales volume up and customers happy while we wait for our new inventory to come in. The development team is also fantastic, they fixed 2 issues for me that have been bothering me for months, had it fixed within 24 hours. All you have to do is ask!

Stellar. This app is key in our import and distribution operation as we have multiple warehouses worldwide. By using "Pre-Order" as a back-order enabler, we're able to accept orders for inbound products on an ongoing basis, even if the stock is not readily available. The built-in messages and tooltips help us align expectations with our customers and reduce support calls.
Other than that the app support is incredible - always going the extra mile to make sure we're happy!

Truly a 5 star app. Can't begin to explain how much this helps conversion for our website and nudges users to commit to a purchase with the understanding that it will be pre ordered and they will get their product. Why not use this app and convince potential customers to commit right then? Email lists and notifications at a later date won't ever be as convincing as on the spot pre ordering. I 100% recommend this app. The service is top notch and I hope to see so much success coming from this company. I will be looking at their other paid apps now knowing that they can fulfill support requests and offer a great product. Thanks Philip and everyone else!

This app really helps to increase our sales! Wonderful for when you know a large shipment of products are on their way and instead of waiting for the arrival, simply run a pre-order sales event. You not only are receiving revenue, but your clients love the pre-order discounts you offer them..win win situation!
